We are excited to be adding a new unique noodle option to our menu! Kezuri Noodles are hand-cut noodles, or Dao xiao mian. These noodles have a unique shape and texture and traditionally, the dough is shaped in a rectangular form and put on a board. The dough is cut with a special knife, creating a wide and thick noodle that provides a texture that is unique to this noodle.
This noodle pairs well with spicy soups so we will be featuring the Kezuri noodle in all our Jigoku (Hell) Ramens, including our Doragon Ramens.
We will start offering this Noodle the first week of March.
