Dining Room Rules & Policies

We want everyone to enjoy their visit and have a pleasurable dining experience, but because we have a really small restaurant, we have some ground rules and policies we have to ask everyone to respectfully follow.

  1. No Reservations!

  2. Because of the size of the dining room, we are only able to accommodate parties of 4 or less at one table. The laws state that 36 inches of clearance must be maintained for access to the restrooms so we are not able to move tables or combine tables. If you have a party of more than 4, then it will require 2 or more tables. Please do not ask us to combine the tables, or yell at us when we say no. We do not make the laws, we just have to follow them.

  3. Please be respectful of time, we only have 6 tables total, and Ramen is a "fast" food. While we hope everyone enjoys their experience, we ask that you limit your time to less than 1 hour per table. We promise your food will be served fast, hot and fresh with plenty of time to enjoy it.

  4. Incomplete parties will not be seated until your entire party has arrived. Since we only have 6 tables, time is literally money. In the past, we have seated parties waiting for friends who have taken 40+ minutes to arrive. We do not have the seating to accommodate this.

  5. We will have a waitlist at the restaurant. You have to be their in person to add yourself to the waitlist. We will contact you when your table is almost ready. We will hold your table for 5 minutes after it is ready, if you are not there, it will be given to the next person on the list.

  6. If you are dining in, and wish to place an additional order to go, we are more than happy to do this for you, but again due to limited tables, we politely request that once you have finished eating and paid, you give up the table to the next guest, and wait for the takeout in our waiting area or browsing our Artisan specialty foods market upstairs.
